Peter Girgis
Founder & Head Performance Coach
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Peter Girgis is a graduate of California State University, Dominguez Hills with over eight years of experience in the fitness industry. As founder of Maximize Athletic Performance, he specializes in strength, conditioning, and recovery, working with athletes of all levels—from youth to professionals. His mission is to help every client maximize their potential both in performance and overall wellness. When he's not at the gym, Peter enjoys traveling and spending time with his loved ones.

Chris Frontanez
Director of Sports Performance
As Director of Sports Performance at Maximize Athletic Performance, Chris Frontanez brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to every training session. Holding certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and Rapsodo in baseball and softball, Chris specializes in helping athletes unlock their full potential. His coaching philosophy emphasizes the connection between physical performance and mental resilience, guiding athletes to build strong habits that lead to long-term success both on and off the field. Known for his trademark phrase 'Push through! Go get it!' – Chris inspires athletes to challenge themselves and embrace growth. Outside of the gym, he enjoys attending music festivals and never misses a chance to enjoy his grandma's cooking.

Ryann Orange
Director of Softball
Ryann Orange is the Director of Softball at Maximize Athletic Performance. Born and raised in California, Ryann has excelled both on and off the field, playing collegiate softball at the University of California, Berkeley. With her graduation set for next spring, she brings firsthand experience from competing at the highest level of college athletics. During her career, she earned Big Ten All-Freshman Honors and is proud to be recognized as a 2022 PGF All-American. Passionate about athlete development, Ryann is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of softball players by combining advanced technical training with leadership and life skills. Her goal is to help athletes unlock their full potential, both on the diamond and beyond.

Marcus Wilson
Hitting Coach
Marcus Wilson brings a wealth of experience to Maximize Athletic Performance as a former professional baseball player and second-round draft pick who went on to play in the Seattle Mariners organization. After a successful career competing at the highest level, Marcus recently retired from pro baseball and now dedicates his time to developing the next generation of hitters. His firsthand knowledge of the game, combined with his passion for teaching, allows him to break down hitting in a way that athletes can easily understand and apply. Marcus's goal is to help players unlock their potential at the plate while instilling the discipline, focus, and work ethic required to succeed both on and off the field.

Justin Manson
Trainer
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Justin Manson is a former college football player who has dedicated his career to youth development and mentorship. He creates training environments that not only build athletic skill, confidence, and resilience, but also teach life lessons that extend far beyond sports. Justin's mission is to inspire growth, character, and long-term success in every athlete he works with, while leading by example through his own dedication to self-improvement. Outside the gym, Justin enjoys spending quality time with his two daughters, who continue to be his greatest motivation.

Christopher Ananeh-Firempong
Boxing Coach
Known by everyone as 'Tip,' Christopher Ananeh-Firempong is one of the most supportive and motivating trainers at Maximize Athletic Performance. A devoted father, Tip brings the same passion and energy to the gym that he shows while cheering on his kids from the sidelines. Always on the move, he blends his love for boxing with a genuine commitment to helping athletes build confidence, discipline, and skill. His uplifting and approachable coaching style makes him a favorite among athletes of all ages, inspiring them to push past limits and believe in themselves both inside and outside the ring.
